By using Duelo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Duelo. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

A guest profile is created automatically; you may then sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the information you provide (username, bio, etc.).

Coins, avatars, banners, titles and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or refunded, except where required by law. We may modify or remove virtual items.

Any purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant platform.

You remain responsible for content you post (username, bio, messages, community themes). You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content as part of the service. We may moderate or remove any content and suspend accounts for abuse.

The following are prohibited: cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, harassment, impersonation, reverse engineering, and any attempt to disrupt the service or access data not intended for you.

The app, its design, code and original content belong to us or are used under license.

Theme names, trademarks, characters and third-party works referenced in the quizzes are the property of their respective owners. Duelo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these owners; such references are used solely to identify a quiz topic for informational and entertainment purposes.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Quiz questions may contain inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

You may stop using Duelo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. We may update them; significant changes will be flagged in the app.
